I 94 WB Concrete Resurfacing

Brief Description: The State requests responses for engineering services for detail design and environmental activities for a concrete unbonded overlay project. The project location is on westbound I-94 near Alexandria from west of Lake Latoka bridge to west of MN 29. Engineering services will include project management, Traffic Management Plan (TMP), wetland delineation (if needed), environmental documentation, Design Memo, cost estimates, hydraulic design, and construction plans. The goal of this project is to develop construction plans for the unbonded overlay project on I-94. Engineering services will include hydraulic design to address drainage issues and a Traffic Management Plan to ensure coordination with other area projects and safe and efficient travel for the public.
