Scoping for Improvement of US14 & W. Circle Dr. and US14/52 & 2nd St. Interchanges in Rochester, MN

Brief Description: MnDOT requests responses for Scoping and Preliminary design services related to potential interchange improvements at select interchanges on US 14 in Rochester. The goal of this project is to analyze and document operational and safety issues at the US14/W. Circle Dr. and US14/52 & 2nd St. interchanges in Rochester. The contractor will provide improvement concept designs that respond to the documented deficiencies. Stakeholder engagement will be integrated into finalizing improvement concept recommendations and documenting in a Final Scoping Report. Upon conclusion of the scoping phase, the contractor will prepare Preliminary Geometric Layout(s).
