Regulated Waste Removal, Well Sealing and Subsurface Treatment System Closure Wadena (S.P. 8001-44) and Cambridge (S.P. 3006-39)

Brief Description: MnDOT is doing road construction from 2-lane to 4-lane expansion on Highway 10 in Wadena and Highway 95 in Cambridge, MN. There are 16 parcels with structures that will need regulated waste materials removed that have been identified in the assessments performed by MnDOT’s Oversight Contractor. The Selected Responder will be on-site to remove all of the regulated materials identified including wells, subsurface structures such as septic systems, cisterns and underground storage tanks. The goal of this project is to have all regulated materials removed from the parcels listed above prior to demolition/moves. This includes lead paint, peeling paint, PCB containing materials, mercury, as well as confirming the presence of wells and any subsurface structures such as septic systems, cisterns and tanks.
