Pathways to Success

Brief description: MnDOT’s Office of Civil Rights (OCR) is requesting responses for the services of an entity with expertise in small business development to create and implement a Pathways to Success program for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and certified Small Businesses. The objective of the Program is to focus on the development of ten DBE firms focused on highway construction or professional technical services related to highway construction through focused assessment, business planning, one-on-one counseling, training, and a concluding assessment showing the progress made throughout the course of the program. The goal of this program is to help DBE firms build capacity, undertake more contracting opportunities, and grow relationships within the industry. The goal of this project is to have a Pathways to Success Program.
