DDRAFT SCOPE OF WORK FOR INDUSTRY REVIEW: TH 10 Corridor and Interchange Preliminary Design (SP 7103-66)

This is a courtesy review opportunity for the industry, for the following project:

MnDOT is seeking consultant review of the RFP scope for SP 7103. SP 8611-29 is the preliminary design of the TH 10 corridor improvements from 45th Avenue in Haven Township to 15th Avenue in Saint Cloud and the future 15th Avenue interchange. The scope includes traffic analysis (traffic counts, ICE reports, modeling, etc.), agency coordination, railroad coordination, community engagement, development of corridor alternatives for both the TH 10 corridor improvements and future 15th Avenue interchange, development of a geometric layout for both the TH 10 corridor improvements and future 15th Avenue interchange, preliminary design for both the TH 10 corridor improvements and future 15th Avenue interchange, and preliminary bridge design for the future 15th Avenue interchange.

While industry comments are encouraged, these comments will be used at MnDOT's discretion. No response is guaranteed; no posted response is anticipated. After the review period, MnDOT anticipates posting the final solicitation for official public notice. Submission of questions and/or comments will not be a prerequisite for responding to the resulting solicitation.

The below Draft scope of work will be posted until February 20th, 2024. Comments must be received by 12 p.m. on February 20th, 2024 and must be directed to the project manager, Jenna Fabish, at jenna.fabish@state.mn.us
