DHS is offering Age-Friendly Minnesota - Technical Assistance Provider Grants
DHS, through its Age-Friendly Minnesota Council, is offering Technical Assistance Provider (TAP) Grants to advance the Council’s commitment to DEIA and to expand the reach and impact of age-friendly work throughout the state.
The term of the initial Technical Assistance Provider grant period is anticipated to be from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2026. Technical Assistance Provider Grants are anticipated to run from CY24 Q3 through CY26 Q2 (July 1, 2024-June 30, 2026.) Grant projects are not required to last the entire length of the grant cycle.
