PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING. The of Hibbing of St. Louis County, Minnesota, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified and experienced parties to provide Architectural and Engineering services for a Public Safety Building which includes the Fire, EMS, and Police departments. The project will either be a new Public Safety Building or a renovation of an existing facility with addition(s), both located within the City of Hibbing. The determination whether the City moves forward with a new facility or renovation with addition(s) will be determined through a feasibility study process with the selected Architectural and Engineering (A/E) firm(s), the CMaR and the City of Hibbing. Proposals are due to the City Engineer Jesse Story, City Hall, no later than 2 p.m. April 18, 2024.
