The exterior elevations call out for the existing painted HM doors and frames to be painted. The Schedule of Unit Prices only applies to the HM Frames. Will the painting of the existing HM doors be inclusive of UNIT PRICE NO. A, or will this just fall under Alternate Bid No. 2: Exterior Painting.

Demolition Plan Key note 18 calls to remove wallpaper border. When this is removed, we will likely have to skim this area and prep for paint. Does this border run continuous at the ceiling elevation or is it partial height up the wall?

The wallpaper "border" is mid-height up the wall and is less than 6" high. It's only on walls in the Administrative area of the clinic where indicated by note 18.
