This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by Purchasing Services for the University of Minnesota, Department of Energy Management on the Twin Cities Campus to provide electrical labor services.

The awarded Contractor(s) shall provide electrical labor that will be used to either replace existing fluorescent light fixtures with new LED light fixtures or install LED retrofit kits into existing light fixtures in buildings on the Twin Cities Campus of the University of Minnesota. University of Minnesota will provide all fixtures.

Respondents are prohibited from contacting the identified department about this RFP while in process.

Remember to submit your response, including attachments, early to allow time to correct errors. The submission deadline is a hard close. The system will reject responses with errors and will NOT allow late submissions.
