The University of Minnesota is seeking proposals for a qualified Responder to furnish portable toilets and portable wash stations (hereinafter “portables”) on a per event basis for Huntington Bank Stadium (HBS) and other small athletic events. These units will be placed in and around parking lots at Huntington Bank Stadium as approved by the University of Minnesota Parking and Transportation Department.
