Notes	The University of Minnesota Facilities Management (FM) is soliciting proposals from qualified Responders to provide Floor Polishing Services for the University of Minnesota Twin Cities campuses (Minneapolis/St. Paul). The goal of the Floor Polishing Services Program is to have contracted vendors to hone and polish hard floors to be maintained by our staff without surface coatings. The Contractor(s) will remove any existing surface coating, hone and polish the floor to a high shine and then seal the floor with an impregnating sealer and/or densifier to protect against stains. Respondents are prohibited from contacting the identified department about this RFP while in process.
