Sheet S1.1 shows Add Alternate #1 as being additional tunnel reinforcement work north of the base bid scope of work.

This alternate and the work scope involved in this alternate is NOT shown on sheets C1.0, C2.0, C3.0, C4.0, and C6.0. Can these sheets be revised in the addendum to show the work involved in Alternate #1 such as site removals, grading, paving & hardscape, erosion control, affected utilities, and seeding or restoration?

Sheet S1.1 calls for 148'-9" of "Tunnel Reinforcement Extension" and indicates that this is to be included in "Add Alternate #1".

Attachment E only includes a Base Bid and does not include an Add Alternate #1. Will Attachment E be re-issued in the addendum to include Alternate #1?
