Addendum No. 1 Issued on 02.15.2024

Addendum No. 1 was issued on February 15, 2024 to announce that a non-mandatory site visit will take place on Monday, February 19, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. Central Time. (See updated MBID Attribute No. 19.)

The site visit will take place at the University of Minnesota, St. Paul Campus Bailey Hall located at: 1458 Cleveland Avenue North, St. Paul, MN, 55108. The Bailey Hall website is: https://housing.umn.edu/bailey

University staff will meet Respondents/Attendees at the Bailey Hall front entrance (south side) that comes into the lobby. The site visit will start promptly at 9:00 a.m.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the University of Minnesota Purchasing Services for the Department of Housing and Residential Life, Twin Cities Campus.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to contract with a qualified Responder to provide drapery replacement for Bailey Hall which includes removal, disposal/recycling, evaluating hardware, fabrication, and installation services for the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, Department of Housing and Residential Life (HRL). The installation of the draperies must be completed during the period June 15, 2024 through August 15, 2024.

Respondents are prohibited from contacting the identified department about this RFP while in process.
