Question

Is the consultant to include FFE procurement documents or procurement assistance in their scope?
|
Answer

The consultant will partner with the CPM Interior Designer to recommend and select furnishings available through UMN Purchasing policies. The consultant is responsible to write the detailed specifications necessary for bidding and procurement. CPM will provide form templates required to complete the process which includes specification forms, product sheets and tagged furniture installation plans. The consultant will then partner with the CPM Interior Designer to establish the installation schedule and be available for the punch process.
