Addendum No. 1 Issued November 9, 2023:

Note that the following MBID Attributes have been revised:

1) MBID Attribute No. 16: Zoom Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting has been revised to include an in-person attendance option.

Participation at this Pre-Proposal Meeting is not mandatory; however, it is highly encouraged for companies interested in responding to this RFP.

Respondents are highly encouraged to attend the In-Person Pre-Proposal Meeting since a Site Visit/ Walk-Through will occur immediately after the meeting (See MBID Attribute No. 17. Site Visit/ Walk-through).

University of Minnesota is requesting proposals from qualified Responders to provide professional moving services for its upcoming relocation of the University’s physical library collection materials. The awarded Contractor will relocate physical library collections materials from multiple locations on the Twin Cities campus to both the Offsite Collections Facility (OCF) and Andersen Library caverns (Caverns).

Respondents are prohibited from contacting the identified department about this RFP while in process.

Before submitting questions about the RFP via the Questions Tab, read and review the Supplier Process and Information Attachment and ALL Attributes in the Attributes Tab, especially Background and Project Summary/Scope of Work. These provide valuable information and address frequently asked questions.

Remember to submit your response, including attachments, early to allow time to correct errors. The submission deadline is a hard close. The system will reject responses with errors and will NOT allow late submissions.
